Bleu Cheese Mushroom Burgers

These are my abosolute favorites. With Extra ketchup!

Follow the recipe for my Turkey Burgers. Add chopped Mushroom to the meat and form into patties. Top with crumbled Bleu Cheese and all of your favorite fixings.
