Best Pizza Ever

This was such an "On the fly" dinner. I had a flat bread from the farmer's market (that I had no clue what to do with), and cheese and mushrooms and pasta sauce. I was exhausted from my day and didn't want to make anything time consuming, so this is what we had! I served it with a fresh salad and a glass of red wine.

NO Joke, it was the best pizza ever. Or maybe I was just starving?



1 Flat Bread
1/4 Cup Pasta Sauce
1 Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
Handful of Mushrooms

Bake on 350 until Cheese is melted
