Crockpot Pantry Chicken















I just made this up as I went along and I guess that is the best name for it :) I used some BBQ leftovers and stuff from the pantry!

Ingredients

~ 6 chicken legs(You can use any chicken you want, that is just what I had defrosted)
~ pinch of salt and pepper
~ 1 can of diced tomatoes
~ 1 tsp Oregano
~ one handfull fresh chopped Basil(or dried)
~ 2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
~ 1 cup chopped onion(I used left over red and yellow onion)
~ 1/2 cup water
~ 1 bayleaf
~3 chopped garlic cloves

Directions

Put all ingredients in crockpot on Low for 7-8 hours. Chicken comes out really juicy and you have a nice thick sauce if you want to make rice or pasta to have with it.
