Pepperoni Pizza Pie-Adapted from Joy in My Kitchen
1 Crescent roll crust (I made a whole wheat one)
8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
24 Turkey pepperoni slices
1 Can Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Fat Free Egg Beaters
2 T whole wheat flour
2 Tbspoon Italian Seasonings (McCormick)
1 large garlic clove, minced

Put the dough into a 9-inch glass pie plate. Mix Milk, Eggs, flour, seasonings and cheese together. Place 1/2 pepperoni in the pie crust. Pour mixture over top. Layer the rest of the pepperoni. Bake on 350 for 30-35 minutes until egg sets.
This would be awesome for a bake ahead event or having friends over. It would be even better, if you had Marinara sauce to drizzle over the top!
