3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Bag of Tostadas (any brand)
Tapatillo sauce (optional)
1. Rinse catfish under cold water and pat dry.
2. Bring a full pot of water to a light boil. Pour in a table spoon of salt and 3 chopped garlic cloves, then place catfish in pot for about 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
3. In a bowl bring together Chopped tomatoes, Cilantro, and Onion. Once fish is fully cooked, break the fish in small pieces and add it into the bowl. Mix all together, then add the lemon juice from the 2 squeezed lemons.
4. Grab your tostada and add as much Ceviche as you'd like. If you like things a bit spicy add some tapatillo sauce to your ceviche for some extra flavor, and enjoy.
~Mathew 14:15-21
As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said,"this is a remote place, and its already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food." Jesus replied, "They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat." "We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish." they answered. "Bring them to me." He said. And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to the heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.

Oh my gosh, my mouth is watering!!! I have to try that! I wonder if Garrett will like it? Does it taste "Fishy"?
