
1 Lemon
1 TB Fresh Parsley
1/4 C flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Package Turkey Breast Cutlets
2 TB Butter
1/2 C Chicken Broth
1 garlic clove
2 TB capers
Coat turkey breast with flour & salt & pepper. Cook in 1 TB butter about 2 minutes each side, or until golden brown. Remove from Skillet. Combine Lemon juice, Lemon zest, butter & broth. Pour into pan & cook at medium heat until thickened. I added a teaspoon of flour and whisked it.
When sauce is done, drizzle over hot turkey breasts and garnish with parsley and capers.
I served this with Broccoli!
