Coconut Rum Shrimp

Ingredients:

Bowl One:
Jumbo shrimp
Seafood Tempura
Bread Crumbs


Bowl Two:
Unsweetened Coconut
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper
Dash of Rum

Bowl Three:
Unsweetened Coconut


Dip each Shrimp in bowl one, two, three and fry in Olive oil.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
