-Meat-
-Cut up Chicken (about 4)
-1 TAB Oil
-2 TAB of Soy Sause
-Season Chicken ( how you like)
-Vegs-
-1 Chopped Cucumber
-4 Chopped Grenn Onions
-1 Graded Carrot
-10 Chopped Basil Leaves
-Seasame Seeds (1 TAB)
-1 TAB Sugar
-2 TAB of White Vingar
-Sauce-
-2 TAB of Peanutbutter
-2 TAB of Soy Sauce
-1 TAB of White Vingar
-2 TAB of Veg Oil or Olive Oil
-4 Shakes of Cayenne (Red Pepper)
Heat Peanutbutter for 20 Seconds, then Wisk all Together.
1. Cook your chicken in a pan and add everything that it says under meats.
2. In a seperate bowl add everything it says under vegs and mix together.
3. In a seperate bowl your sauce.
4. Once Chicken is cooked, warm up a whole wheat tortilla, then add the sauce, chicken, and your vegs. Wrap it up and enjoy!!
